A: Unfortunately, Gadget4Android has stopped offering exchanges after our launch period. However, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order. Once your return is received by us, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item(s) back to the original method of payment. Any shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received by you. Q: How do I return my order?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ordered product(s), you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received by you. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit will be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.
